Our goal is to help mature new leaders and inspire future innovators. The theories of leadership and innovation are grounded in the research of our founder, Senior Research Fellow Melvin Greer. We use these theories to conduct ongoing research and then promote these ideas to policymakers and other stakeholders to drive change.
